Founder & CEO, Leadership Links

Princess Sarafina

Princess Sarafina is an educator, mentor, and community leader with a deep passion for empowering youth and educators to reach their full potential. As the Founder and CEO of Leadership Links, she has dedicated her career to creating a 21st-century learning experience that fosters academic confidence, leadership development, and social-emotional growth in children.
With over five years of teaching experience in charter schools, Princess has witnessed firsthand the impact of innovative and inclusive education. Her commitment to providing equitable opportunities led her to establish Leadership Links, a nonprofit that combines STEM, creative arts, fitness, and leadership programs to inspire and uplift the next generation.

Princess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Notre Dame College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education at Walden University. Her expertise spans curriculum development, differentiated instruction, and small-group interventions designed to support students from diverse backgrounds.

Beyond the classroom, Princess is a dedicated volunteer and coach, mentoring young girls in cheerleading and instilling values of teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and a relentless drive to make education accessible and engaging for all.

Through Leadership Links, Princess strives to bridge gaps in education, nurture talent, and build a community where every child has the tools and support to succeed.
